Siebel Mobile gives the ability to connect to your Siebel Servers and keep up-to-date with your customers whilst on the move. The app stores the data and screen information so that you can review information and make updates without connectivity and have the data synchronized later. OPA is also included as an optional feature to allow you the ability to perform offline interviews with data pre-seeded from Siebel and the results pushed back to Siebel Mobile.
