Your day opens on a live board. Today's jobs are laid out in order with a countdown to the next pick-up, so you can see at a glance what is starting in ten minutes and what is already under way. Jobs move through scheduled, started, in progress, and completed on their own as the ground team works, and anything urgent is flagged as a priority job. Upcoming trips and hotel stays sit alongside them, so the whole booking stays in view rather than just the next leg.

Open any job for the full picture. Pick-up and drop-off points, timings, passenger counts, and guest details sit alongside the assigned driver and tour guide and the travel agent behind the booking. A clear timeline records exactly when the job started, when attendance was taken, when it completed, and when a no-show was reported, so nothing has to be reconstructed after the fact. The app is built for the road. Your jobs, messages, and notifications are stored on the device and refreshed in the background, so the board stays useful in a car park, a basement pick-up point, or on patchy airport Wi-Fi, and it catches up the moment you reconnect.

Getting started takes a minute. Sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or email with OTP verification, and a short guided introduction shows you around the board, the calendar, and your alerts. An in-app FAQ is always a tap away.

You stay in control of your account and your privacy. Lock the app with biometrics, choose light, dark, or system themes, scale the font size to something comfortable, manage your name, username, email, phone, and password, review notification, location, and camera permissions in one place, and block or report users when you need to.
