WHAT IS IT?

Will It Match is a calculator, not a dating app, that helps you save time and have a clearer view on your relationships.

In this app, you can write personal standards, needs, and traits you are looking for in a partner, alongside potential dealbreakers you wish to avoid - and see who checks those boxes for you.

Organize your likes and dislikes, to find out who would be a more compatible friend, lover or partner.


DOES IT HAVE HIDDEN COSTS?

There are zero hidden costs. You get what you pay for, from the beginning, in full.

The app is without any in-app purchases, ads, spam, data sharing, login system, registering system, social media connections and paywalls.

You buy it, you have it.
And it works offline too.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

People you like in real life are called "Matches" in the app.

Will It Match comes with (editable) preset categories of the five main areas of compatibility for your Matches:
- Physical
- Emotional
- Intellectual
- Spiritual
- Dynamic

You can add more if you'd like.

Each category can have hundreds of (editable) items based on your personal preferences. You can use our preset as a starting point or just delete everything and write your own.

After you add your items, as well as potential dealbreakers, you can then create a New Match, write their name/nickname, and start ticking off items from the lists.

The app will then show you, in percentages, how compatible your Match is to you, in each category, alongside an overall compatibility score.

Its intended purpose is to clarify things for you in your personal life and offer a different perspective that could potentially aid you in making decisions.


WHAT OTHER FEATURES DOES IT HAVE?

You can add notes to each Match, to help you keep track of their birthday, favorite color, favorite food and songs, as well as any other details you might find useful to remember.

The app also allows you to export parts of it (such as your own list of categories and items) to share with friends who resonate with your preferences, and who wish to use them as well.

This also doubles as a "save" feature, should you get a new phone and need to transfer the data.

You also have two color modes (light and dark) and each section of the app comes with explanations, if you need a reminder on how it all works.


FUN FACT

As it happens, one of our beta testers used the app after a breakup. They wanted to try dating again. The app reminded them which important questions to ask during their dates, and showed them who had a higher chance of compatibility. They did find someone and they are together to this day ♥
