Setting to HD takes multiple attempts before it actually initiates. I'm not fond of the red border around single cam views. I can't find a way to auto-hide the bottom menu bar on camera views when not in need for the time being. Plus auto-refresh gets buggy at times along with auto-saving my login credentials. Aside from these issues the app seems ok. UPDATE: 'Add fail' and 'Network Anomaly'

It's one of the worst cctv apps I've yet come across. When adding dvr it more often says add fail for no reason, and when I do somehow add it, it works then it disappears from the list, then you have to log out log in a couple of times before it actually shows up again. Not much controls, no nothing, very bad experience, alarm does not work, and surely when in need, it won't work. Let alone it signing me out multiple times even though I click the remember me button.

Dear developer will u please make this app more reliable regarding the playback and sharing . I want to share some of my camera to others not all . this feature is not available on this app while sharing to others. Another request is when we do live view, can you make HD quality as default ? The next request is about playback , can you make easy interface with date selection while running playback ? Same like another app hik- connect..
