The speed is slow and the alarm are crushed and useless. It can not alarm as I am testing.

The speed will depend on your internet connection when live viewing or watching motion events. I'm not sure what you mean by useless or crushed alarms? Contact us and we'll sort it out: cloudsupport@amcrest.com
