Goodnight. I have two M1B cameras and the app doesn't show the image of the cameras on mobile data internet at all. I've done a lot of things including reinstalling apps, resetting cameras and it didn't work. Another thing I can't get is memory card storage. What can I do to resolve it? I've already contacted technical support via email and nothing. I haven't been able to see the camera footage for two weeks when I leave the house. That is, it is not serving the most needed function.

So I have 4 cameras in my house. Every time when my Internet goes out or something happens all of my cameras go offline. I have to reconnect them to my Wi-Fi and I Wi-Fi and they won't connect it keeps saying error in error. I even reset my Wi-Fi Box I turn off and turn back on my Wi-Fi on my phone. I. I even restarted my phone so I can reconnect everything through the app And nothing seems to work. I spent money on these cameras and they only worked for a short amount of time...

Man. How many times do I have to sit there and scan a friggin qr code.. Kind of pointless. I mean after the update. It just went down hill for me. That camera is great. When it works- mind you. Spend the extra money and get a security camera thats less of a hassle and more secure. Sry..
