I actually don't have issues with the app. It's pretty straight forward and does what I need. However, an annoyance that I have is that the biometrics (finger print reader) always bugs out. It works on all other apps, but this one. Not sure if it's a known issue.

November 2 update: The October 30th firmware update fixed the key problems with version 2.1.0.. So, I've increased my rating to 4 stars. [Prior review on October 26] v2.1.0 is not ready for prime time. The Zencam app was updated to version 2.1.0 on October 23, 2018. It's a classic case of two steps forward and one step backwards. The user interface (GUI) was refreshed but key functionality is not working properly yet (even after the scheduled server maintenance outage for the 24th to 25th). Key problem is that motion detection (MD) setting is misleading: turning MD off does not really disable, which can result in continuous microSD recording (as when TV in camera's field of view). A workaround: is to disable in iOS v1.2.1. Hardware good, just likely app software problems. Example, accessing MD setting hangs app for ~30 seconds, which does not occur in older Android/iOS apps.

Goodnight. I have two M1B cameras and the app doesn't show the image of the cameras on mobile data internet at all. I've done a lot of things including reinstalling apps, resetting cameras and it didn't work. Another thing I can't get is memory card storage. What can I do to resolve it? I've already contacted technical support via email and nothing. I haven't been able to see the camera footage for two weeks when I leave the house. That is, it is not serving the most needed function.
