Poor technological decision of 5Ghz WLAN incompetence. People who buys these expensive plugs and switches would always use 5Ghz WiFi unless a smart switch is absolutely necessary. Instead of downgrading my WiFi, I will return this smart switch and happily buy from other brand

Hey!
We're so sorry for the connection issues you’re experiencing. Most smart products must be configured on a 2.4 GHz network. All routers support a 2.4 GHz frequency, so you can switch to connect, and then once connected, switch back to 5 GHz (or use mobile data) and continue to use your smart products without any issues.
