说起来网页端的就像有个大病，本来想上传文件分享，然后再去下载，但是每一次都是上传失败，好不容易上传成功，可以去下载的，然后突然就跟断网络一样，再重新刷新吧，需要再重新上传分享，骗文件的吧！

我明明在4个月前已经退订，但是4个月后的今天我才知道原来我每个月银行都被自动扣钱，一直以来我没有收到sms通知被扣钱，今天才有sms说扣除了这个月的月费。一查看才知道被扣了4个月，之前3个月我完全没有在这个应用上下载任何文件或书本，却白白被扣除了那么多钱。现在疫情严重，生活都不容易，还这样白白被扣了大约Rm160。

我是从2020年10月22号开始试用的，到了2020年11月21日开始从PayPal扣钱，可是不明白，为什么是一月同日两个扣款，一个是9.99欧元，一个是11.99欧元。为什么?没有小心注意账户，已经被扣了两个月了，11月和12月。请问一下，11.99欧元是什么费用，加上9.99欧元，每个月被扣了21.98欧元。为什么?
