一直停在不让截图的画面，又不说明怎么处理，我play store的保护机制scan了，也没有问题，就是一直停留在不让截图的画面，到底让不让人用？你提醒就完了，还偏偏不给登录，也不说明什么东西有问题，所以我信用卡不懂要还多少，导致我被额外收费，是你要负责吗？

为什么密码忘记了不能在(个人网银)重置 想重置就要去分行atm或联络客服。

Dear ywywuhsujwj hhehshhsujw, Effective 1 October 2023, you will only be able to reset your password at our 55 bank branches or at our ATM (after office hours). This is to facilitate verification of your identity to ensure that your banking experience remains safe and secure.
