Sir,
We detected an attempt to set up an account from China, which violated our terms as we currently only serve U.S. residents, and thus why we aren't listed in the China app store. The closure was necessary to uphold our policies and maintain the integrity of our platform.

Your account was closed due to violations of our terms. We require U.S. residency for our services, and setting up accounts from China is not permitted, nor are we even listed in the China app store. We are committed to maintaining a secure platform and appreciate your understanding.
