• Launched and enhanced complaint and requests service
• Add/Replace drivers for your auto-lease and new after-sales enhancements
• Launched Auto-top Up service for prepaid cards
• SNB cards are now based on your physical card segment
• In case of expired ID or customer information update (eKYC), you will be notified in the dashboard.
