many times when i make any process and send OTP to my mobile the application is signed out and closed .. and i reopen it .. many times during log in give me message there are some thing error and i should to uninstall the app and reinstall .. there are some errors in the applications prigramming .. noted : when i clear the cash and data to fix the errors the application give me this is new device and should wait 48 hours to access my Card ..🤔

my neo account is locked and I can't make any kind of transactions,when I call customer care to resolve it they suggest me to go branch when I visit branch they tell me that they can't help you,,you need to call customer care what's going on i don't understand my salary is stuck i can't use it to send my salary to home,it's happening from last week everyday I visit branch and every day I call customer care but still my problem isn't resolve,i also mailed about it but still it's not resovle yet

my life's worst decision to choose neo.... please help. Amount deducted from account but not transferred. Even after raising complaint in app no response. Irony is they closed the complaint saying issue solved. I will delete my rating after my issue is solved
