Made an international transfer but can't open the receipt to get the pick up code. Contacting the customer service seems useless they can't help other than just making promissory notes. They don't even respond to complaints. After this transaction I'll delete the app.

Worst customer service ever. I opened an account through NEO and I loaded money but when I contacted customer service, they said my account is not activated and I need to visit branch. I have filed a complaint in Samacares as my money is stuck. I am not visiting the branch for this small issue

Very bad application. Always error, I can't order my cards. I can't use the application and no support at all I open a complian but no response You have a big problem
