It's very good for sending money abroad, but sometimes if you lose your mobile number or the SIM card gets damaged, you have to go to the office to solve this problem. quick pay app It would be great if there was a system to solve it automatically. Thank you.

this apps is useless, i already updated in july 2 , but now in august i cnt open the apps, theres a error occure ?? whats the problem of you guys ., and if you cant send money using there apps ,they freeze all your account also your atm card,.omg ..

very bad customer service. The service is absolutely terrible; the account gets frozen if it isn't used for three months. When you go to the office to get it updated, the staff works so slowly and lethargically that you end up standing in line for four or five hours. The employees are merely killing time, just waiting for their shift to end. SABB Bank and Al Rajhi Bank are better than this; at least they don't freeze their customers' accounts.
