bad service 👎🏻 We have a very bad service from SNB Quick Pay because I have been using it for three years and even then it is very difficult to make transactions and pay anywhere. My account has been closed for two weeks now. I have been to the bank twice. They are giving me the impression that your account will be active tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. There is a problem with the head office. It is a very bad service.

Wrost app by any bank i have seen. now To open a SNB bank account new account you must open account In QuickPay, When you try to open a new account they ask you for a account number! Where you will find account number? third class app i have ever seen. Please update and solve this problem. I am trying for 3-4 days. And i also tried to reset ( i don't have an) password they also said i didn't open an account.

Im so dissapointed with these bank, i using these bank for almost 1 year and i dont know what happen, now i cant used it, when i open my account it put there its ACTIVE but i can' make a transaction even i cant widrawing in my atm card, how many times i go back in the branch but they dont have actions about it they just telling me that my account is freeze but they cant tell me what is the reason, 🥺its been 2 months until now i cant use it especially there is money inside.
