I registered and used it as early as last year， but why does it keep asking me to set up again and again, I have done it for the third time

Please check your date/times setting are set to automatic, clear your google play services cache, and restart your device. Try again. If issue remain, remove App and install the latest version of the App, you may need to validate your ID by completing the Video call. If issues persist please contact us 1.888.356.2741 or BCServicesCard@gov.bc.ca.

It’s only used to log in to the computer webpage, it’s too much trouble

Hi! When you choose to log in with a mobile BC Services Card at participating online government services, you will be taken to the mobile app to authenticate yourself, similar to presenting your ID in person. Then, you will return to the site as an authenticated user. For questions, please contact us 1.888.356.2741 or at BCServicesCard@gov.bc.ca.
