When will you fix utility load control event? It ask me if I would like to opt out but it still locked by that. I can't see when it run, how long it run and any report it supposed show! Please fix this bugs since the issue already been there for half year! Even though I quit my utility plan but it still locked!!

Downgrade to old version of app on December 2019 since newer version I can't control temperature. Only DR event pop up when I click my water heater set up. Can't see report, can't change temperature, newer update on Nov 2019 made this app unless for me.
