Ratings and reviews

App is only for contractors, distributors - no residential Customer Service support available via App. There is no indication until after installation who the intended user of the app might be.

APP UNDER CONSTRUCTION -- The App just seems like it is a long way from being completed. the developer should just shut it down and finish the job. even if they have to cycle people out every few days for 6 months to a year. Whatever it takes to get the job done. that way, it will be a high-quality app.

After talking with Rheem app was fixed and working. Class instructor was not informed properly on how to login.
