I have not been able to log on the app for weeks now. The support team email replied me in one line saying the problem was fixed. But the problem is still there. I still cannot log in on app. I had to log on desktop version which is very inconvenient and not to mention the bugs as well. Considering the amount of money invested and the guarantee that the service can be provided on all platforms, I would go on to call them out and ask people not to download the app. No wonder this app got such low rating.
