- I-CBT ingasiza abantu ukuthi bafunde ukuzilawula ngokwabo imizwa yabo nokulawula ingcindezi.

- I-CBT ingasiza abantu bafunde indlela yokuthuthukisa ubudlelwano obunempilo.
