WORST APP EVER! Too many glitches in the app when trying to place an order, which caused significant inaccuracies in the order. The "Delete" button doesn't always work, & items deleted reappeared on my order. While ordering clothes, somehow the sizes got changed & I know exactly what size I put in. Every change I made kept reverting back to incorrect inputs! FRUSTRATING & TERRIBLE APP & THE COMPANY WONT CORRECT THE MISTAKES MADE BY THE APP. NO phone # or email contact info is on the app.

very slow app. They claim they applied " Extra 20%" discount, but it appears this was only applied to one item. I put items in my basket, but when i logged in during my lunch break, they were gone! i had to start allocer again. A company like KM should display your last 50 viewed items.

Tried to shop for the black friday 5 PM daily deals. Completely failed at getting through with the app. I was able to click into the deal through the browser quicker. I was hoping to buy the leather jacket which was selling for £10 on the last day of the sale but turns out it was all a sham anyway. From 5 to 5:02 PM the browser didn't let me click and select my size. It just refreshed to no stock available. What a waste of time!
