Downloaded today. Ordered twice, both terrible experiences. Ordered car pickup 20 mins ahead. I checked in, waited 10 mins outside, and nobody showed. When I called, the store said they were "too busy" to bring it out and refused to help, despite having no parking. Support closed my ticket, claiming the store would call for compensation. Hours passed, no call. Opened a second ticket and was told to drive back to collect the coffee I already paid for! No refund, no apology, terrible service.

Very disappointing experience. The app charges you for coffee gifts, then quietly adds an expiry date without proper notification. When the gift expires, your money is simply gone. Even worse, customer support claims they send reminders, which I never received. If the gift is already paid for, why is it allowed to expire??? This feels unfair I wouldn’t recommend using this feature unless they fix this issue.

Amazing app, clean UI, easy to use, but can you pleasee add Google pay or samsung pay, would be very convenient as an android user
