Downloaded today. Ordered twice, both terrible experiences. Ordered car pickup 20 mins ahead. I checked in, waited 10 mins outside, and nobody showed. When I called, the store said they were "too busy" to bring it out and refused to help, despite having no parking. Support closed my ticket, claiming the store would call for compensation. Hours passed, no call. Opened a second ticket and was told to drive back to collect the coffee I already paid for! No refund, no apology, terrible service.

I contacted the support team multiple times and explained the problem and the software glitch. I was told the issue would be resolved soon—that was about two months ago—yet the problem remains unresolved.

Amazing app, clean UI, easy to use, but can you pleasee add Google pay or samsung pay, would be very convenient as an android user
