I placed and order in a cafe few days ago, and due to some technical issue from their side the order wasn't placed but the amount was deducted. When I reach out to beanz about the issue ,they assured me the amount will be refunded within 24 hours. but more than three days passed by the issue hasn't been solved. the customer service is the worst I have seen so far.

Very disappointing experience. The app charges you for coffee gifts, then quietly adds an expiry date without proper notification. When the gift expires, your money is simply gone. Even worse, customer support claims they send reminders, which I never received. If the gift is already paid for, why is it allowed to expire??? This feels unfair I wouldn’t recommend using this feature unless they fix this issue.

This option (I'm here at the coffee shop) is not functioning properly, because I still have to call the coffee shop that I'm waiting outside. And this happened with several coffee shops.
