The Qiyadat Platform is a digital initiative of the UAE Government Leaders Programme (UAEGLP) with the aim of establishing a platform to nurture the best national talent in the country. The UAEGLP seeks to foster leadership skills and develop Emirati change agents capable of achieving the objectives of the UAE Vision 2021 and the UAE Centennial 2071. To support this vision, the Qiyadat Platform was launched targeting leadership personalities from federal and local government entities as well as the private sector. The platform also provide continuous learning and development opportunities
