Terrible service. I had placed a LPG delivery order at morning. Not only I didn't get any confirmation, after waiting for a long hour the app prompted that the order is cancelled. Tried again to place the order but it was not going through. Immediately called the customer care. His suggestion was to go to adnoc service center and collect from there. Please note this is not the first time but happened 3 times..

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had while trying to place an LPG order with your service. I placed an order and waited for over two hours, only to have the order cancelled without any prior notice or explanation. This delay and lack of communication is extremely inconvenient, and I find it unacceptable. lf the delivery is not possible, I believe it is essential that customers are informed within a reasonable time frame. Thanks
