I placed an order for an LPG gas cylinder delivery and installation through this app. My purchase was confirmed and an amount was immediately debited from my bank account. However, after waiting for the promised service delivery time, the order was automatically cancelled by the system without any notification, explanation, or contact from the service team!! Also there are no working contact details provided and they don't respond!!

I put money in my wallet and it shows balance in my app nut allowing me to pay using wallet for petrol purchase as before. Filling guys couldn't charge me using QR code also. Kind fix ASAP as money stuck there now unusable!

Earlier this app was very good and the system was also very good. I have been using it since last one year and when we used to order LPG, it was delivered to my home with in two hours but now it is not working properly at all and is not delivering. I have ordered two or three times. but they delayed to much even 5 hours or after that the cancelled oder.
