About this app

Dubai Health App is a new initiative by Dubai Academic Healthcare Corporation to provide all services of Dubai Health under one Smart application. Using this app, Dubai residents will be able to access Dubai Health’s Smart Services i.e., Manage Appointments, Lab Results, and Medications. Users can also check for Medical Fitness Application Status and register as Volunteers for Blood Donation services. The app supports both English & Arabic languages.

Can't retrieve the vaccine data from this platform for my kid. Previously it's was avaliable.

The all-important "Book Covid-19 Vaccine" button is totally unresponsive. Everything else seems to be working, but since I don't need them, I can't confirm if they actually work. [EDIT]: Reinstalled the app on my own, and got the button working. Now I'm supposedly on the Waiting List. [EDIT 2]: After the updates, the app seems to be working properly now. I still gotta dock a star 'coz the Waiting List was not followed at all. I had to book an appointment separately anyway.

There is no option to reschedule vaccine appointment and the phone numbers in app one redirects you to wrong party where they can't help and the 2nd number redirects you to automated operators (they tell you to go back to the app) which doesn't make sense. Once you miss the appointment you can't book a new appointment and you find yourself lost not knowing what to do rather than writing a review on the app store and pray for someone to read it and solve the issue. 🤷🏻‍♂️
