The facial recognition verification code is clearly malfunctioned. However instead of coming forward with the problem they cover it with customer service answers that are unrelated to the problem. It is near impossible to use the app for the final steps of registration! This is supposed to make remote access to government services possible. Yet it is laggy and very hard to use, especially if the person is abroad. Worst app ever. I would give it 0 stars if I could. What a shame.

The app crashed while the system was undergoing maintenance. now the app is not accepting to verify my account and asking that I visit one of the kiosks and I am outside the country. moreover, the contact support number does not work !

September 2026 and this thing is still hit and miss. certainly when trying to sign into Parkin or Dubai Now app. It's been unstable to months now and just not a reliable method. I wish they would accept they have a problem and focus on fixing it once and for all
