The facial recognition verification code is clearly malfunctioned. However instead of coming forward with the problem they cover it with customer service answers that are unrelated to the problem. It is near impossible to use the app for the final steps of registration! This is supposed to make remote access to government services possible. Yet it is laggy and very hard to use, especially if the person is abroad. Worst app ever. I would give it 0 stars if I could. What a shame.

Good morning, Sir. This app is very useful. I recently updated the app, but my profile and documents are not appearing in the 'Home' and 'Document' sections. Please resolve this as soon as possible thanks.

Latest update of Aug 31, 2026 (Version 6.9.1 N6) breaks the application. Continuously giving error "Can't get user profile". Update this version carefully as I'm unable to login on both phones after the update.
