Literally one of the worst apps out there. Can't even receive an OTP on my number, it's not an issue with just me, it's with a lot of people, still they don't fix this issue. Why not use other apps like WhatsApp, Telegram or any other apps to send OTPs if your system can't send it to the mobile numbers.

After 10 attempts I can't get a password set up. I am an overseas user so I can't call your phone number for support. Your app needs to allow pasting in of auto generated secure passwords by password protection apps. It also needs to accept valid typed in passwords which it wasn't doing today. please provide a contact email so I can get assistance.

I'm from the UK and need a medicines permit from MOHAP so I think I need this pass. The scanner is scanning incorrectly, no face verification. I cannot progress. I have spent hours on this and it's driving me crazy!! I have emailed but nothing works. I needed this sorted soon as possible. please help!!!!
