I had an issue with them as they overcharged me by a reasonable amount so I contacted the Helpdesk. They replied saying they couldn't help me because my email didn't match. I told them that the email I've used to contact them is the same one that I get reminders from Memorae. But they chose not to look into it and try to help understand why that was so I cancelled my subscription. Memorae (basic package) isn't great, I hardly use it now, doesn't understand context or nuance like other AI.

when in group todo (lists), when i press on everything under a list, i can not see all my writing, sometime i do more than 'clean my room' or 'pick up john', i put longer things to do, many so i can recall what it was for, now i have to copy and paste it and use another document to look at the list in full.

Very disappointing (pro version) Without bringing up examples it comes down to that it has about a one minute memory of the previous conversation so if you confirm or ask something it never knows what you're talking about and you have start all the way over again. It's not intuitive at all and besides it doesn't learn. It doesn't feel like AI at all. Back to reminders in Google Calendar.
