Alright, I'm Mucka.

I take the admin off your hands, so the paperwork is done by the time you have loaded the van, not piling up for the evening.

I am not built for every trade going. Just heating, plumbing and air conditioning, whether you are one van or a whole team of engineers. So I know what a CP12 is, when it expires, and that next year's service needs booking.

WhatsApp me, text me, talk to me in the app, or actually pick up the phone and ring me. Whatever is easiest with your hands full. Tell me what is going on and I will get the paperwork ready.

Book a job, raise a certificate, quote the work, invoice it, chase a late payment. I prepare it. You check it and tap to send. That is the deal.

CERTIFICATES THAT WORK WITH NO SIGNAL

This is the one that matters. A cellar or a plant room is where certificates actually get filled in, and that is exactly where the signal goes. Start the certificate from the job, fill it in, take the photos, capture both signatures and sign it off with no bars at all. It saves to your phone as you go and uploads itself when you resurface.

- CP12 and Landlord Gas Safety Records, warning notices, service and commissioning records, unvented hot water G3 and more
- Oil as well, with the OFTEC CD/11 and CD/12
- Your Gas Safe and OFTEC numbers printed on every one, so you are not typing them out twenty times a week
- Sign one off and I set the next check date, then put the work back in the diary a year later

QUOTING AND GETTING PAID

- Talk a job through and I draft the quote from your notes and your price list
- Customers accept and sign online, and mid-job variations get signed off on the same page
- Invoices draft themselves from the job, with a Pay button for card, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Taking payment at the door is a QR code on the job screen, paid from their own phone before you leave
- Overdue invoices chased politely in your own words, once you approve

THE DAY, AND THE TEAM

- Jobs, callouts and multi-day installs all on one schedule, with clashes caught before they happen
- Your engineers work from WhatsApp, so there is no new app for them to learn
- Subcontractors are free and never count towards your bill
- Client and property records with the full job history, including who is the landlord and who is the tenant
- Service and renewal reminders written up for you to approve
- Next job on your lock screen, photos and videos straight onto the job, and your day still readable with no signal
- I can answer your phone too, in your business name and a voice you pick. That one is in early access, so just ask and we will switch it on

BEING STRAIGHT WITH YOU

I do not do F-Gas records, MCS or heat loss calculations yet. Air conditioning certificates are being built. On the compliance side, what is live today is gas and oil. I would rather say so now than let you find out later but over the next week or so it will be done.

Been a busy few weeks. Here's the pick of it:

• Timesheets. Track hours worked and hours paid, and mix hourly and day rates in the same week.
• Subcontractors get their own login now, and only see what they need for the job they're on.
• You can fill in and sign off a certificate with no signal at all. It saves to your phone and sends itself when you're back in range.
