a very bad experience. I had paid 720 rupees for a weekly subscription and guess what, all my content got deleted and this happened before my exam and I still have 5 days of subscription but the customer care told that they can't find the account even after providing the payment details and the account details. both the money and content is gone and it was during exam time and I was stuck with the blame game. This is really bad. very very bad experience and I wonder how all the podcasts vanish

this app is so annoying , it says it's "free" but nothing works until you pay I wasted so much time trying to figure out why it only says "error" or "fail" and l have to login everything l open the app l think the free they talking about is the free trial and you have to pay in advance yayyy so amazing this person on insta made it sound so good saying it's free and very helpful but all l gained is wasted time lm soooo pissed and so disappointed.

I tried to create podcasts and brainrots but every time I click create it immediately says "failed to create" even tho I gave my information ( study notes ) and it still doesn't work. I've tried this app many times and I really hope they fix this error
