PayProof helps workers keep clear private records of work days, promised pay, advances, deductions, payments, witnesses, and remaining balances.

Many people are paid by the day, by the hour, or by informal agreement. If a payment is delayed or changed, it can be hard to remember exact dates, hours, rates, and what was already paid. PayProof gives workers a simple offline ledger so important wage details stay organized on their phone.

With PayProof, you can add employers or work sites, save a work day, enter hours and rate, record advances or deductions, mark payments, and see what is still owed. The app automatically calculates promised pay, net due, paid amount, and open balance.

The Proof screen creates a plain-language summary from your local ledger. You can review the summary before sharing it with an employer, family member, trusted helper, worker-support group, or local advisor.
