Cello (formerly Cellopark) provides an advanced variety of services and capabilities for parking services.

Cello offers the following services: automatic payment for parking in blue and white street parking, reminder services for parking activation and deactivation, automatic parking extension, assistance in locating available parking, among other helpful features.
Cello also offers easy payment in many paid parking lots such as Ahuzot HaHof, Central Park, Ariel Properties, Azrieli Malls, yair hashaher, Melisron and hundreds of other parking lots around the country.
Easy payment for tolls (Route 6 North, the Expressway) and Rav Kav charging. Cello also conveniently offers many road services that will always keep you safe, such as road and rescue services, nationwide flat tire services and car wash services at a discounted price.
The app is convenient to use and allows for a multi-user experience for multiple parking users from a single account. CelloBiz also provides unique added value for business fleets via the business plan.

Ratings and reviews

One star so far as I can't even get past the login screen. There's no explanation of what the "personal ID" is. If it's a citizen number it's completely useless for tourists. I've already sent an email so I'll just wait for some kind of response but there appears to be no way for tourists with rental cars to pay for parking anywhere in this app - or the country for that matter.

I got the app to pay for parking. I've charged it with money, twice, since the app claimed that there's an issue with the payment method. I've payed the parking at the machine at this point. Meanwhile the support happily notified me that the charge is only for street parking and not parking lots. Also there are no refunds... So hopefully I've lost money so that some of you may not.

Extremely irritating ad notifications and no way to manage or turn them off in the app settings.What is even more annoying is that they double all the notifications by SMS.And you receive them simultaneously(one in-app notification and one SMS)so in the case, you turned off the notifications in the phone settings, there is no way you'll miss one of their "generous proposals". And yes there is no way to unsubscribe from SMS either, so if you've registered once then you'll be getting them for life
