10/25 - App was working great for awhile. As of the past few days, scanner not working again. I almost threw out a winning ticket. Please fix Same as everyone else, got this app so I could scan my tickets. Hasn't worked in months and it looks like app developers don't read complaints and/or don't care. I've removed the app and will just look online for winning numbers

The app is terribly buggy, ESPECIALLY the ticket scanner. It has been like this for years now. You go to scan a barcode, and while you're trying to line it up, it cuts to the "how to scan a barcode screen". It's so bad that it doesn't give you 2 seconds to line up the barcode before it closes the scanner and pulls up the instruction screen. Yes I know how to scan a barcode, if you'd give me a seconds to line it up maybe I could.... terrible app.

Very slow to update results, not reliable at all. Scanning doesn't work correctly all the time. Honestly not worth it. I get faster results from other websites. Also, it's ridiculous to have to sign in all the time manually to scan tickets, instead of the app remembering your credentials. Suspect it's tracking your winnings and who you are.
