The app isn't working at all. The pages aren't doing anything. I get notified by staples that I have new mail yet I go on the app and I can't do anything. I can't discard, refresh or anything. Your charging my bank the monthly fee for an account I have not been able to use in just short of a month now. UPDATE 4/4/2025 The app was fixed for about 3 weeks. Now it's not working again!! 7/26/2025 Not working AGAIN!!! Ready to just cancel and go elsewhere. It's been too long and no resolution!!

The app malfunctions all the time. Sometimes, I am unable to access my account through the app. When that happens, I then have to log in through the website. In which is a drag as well. iPostal doesn't manage the app well at all. When you need to call for help about your account, it is close to impossible to reach anyone. Not only is it difficult for customers to reach someone, but it is also difficult for Staples associates as well. The app needs immediate attention.

Previously this app was working like a charm. However, in the past few months I've had nothing but headaches with it. The app either doesn't properly refresh what's in my mailbox or it crashes when I try to initiate sending. I've had to reinstall it or clear the app data on my phone numerous times. Who knows when it was updated last. Please resolve it soon. I've read the reviews. I'm not the only one with these problems.
