The app isn't working at all. The pages aren't doing anything. I get notified by staples that I have new mail yet I go on the app and I can't do anything. I can't discard, refresh or anything. Your charging my bank the monthly fee for an account I have not been able to use in just short of a month now. UPDATE 4/4/2025 The app was fixed for about 3 weeks. Now it's not working again!! 7/26/2025 Not working AGAIN!!! Ready to just cancel and go elsewhere. It's been too long and no resolution!!

One of the main concerns with this company is the excessive and seemingly predatory fee structure. For example, shipping a package from my address to myself costs $40–$50—$24.99 for a padded envelope and another $24.99 for shipping, or alternatively, a $10 fee just to pick up packages. Their logistics are slow so if you use it as a forwarding address for a busines expect large delays to ship to yourself. The app and website crash when using basic functionality like clicking consolidate.

The app keeps crashing when I try to order any service such as scan or shred. It was working well before. The customer service can place the order when contacted, which is good, but it takes a long wait. I had asked them to fix the app. It has been two weeks and nothing happened. Now I have to call them again to place more scan and shred request for new mails. Not at all convenient. Hope they fix the app soon otherwise it is useless!
