Good idea, not well done Didn't have much to it. I need to at least have an overview of what the program is, how long it would take, a plan of what each week is like. After I complete a day, the notification will come up later (when I set it in case I forgot one day) telling me to do the next days work. Bug there, maybe not remind a user if they already completed their workout for the day. Needs a little more work.
It works. This is the second time in doing the pushup challenge. Last time I did paper and pencil. The app is much better. It tracks the complicated scheduling very well and is simple to use. It is also more compelling with a tmer and graph.
