Heck Yeah! This app is so simple, useful, and innovative. We need more things like this in our world. I just completed the program, but while recording myself doing my first ever 100 push-ups realized that I didn't have good form. Lol. So I am going to go back a week or two and do it right this time, paying close attention to my form.
Very easy to use. This app is very useful for increasing your pushups if you're in the Army, another branch of the military, or a first responder. NOTE: You will reach a point where you can't complete the day's workout. When this happens you need to repeat the day. The app will begin to progress at a pace which isn't humanly possible to keep up with. Also proper nutrition and rest are required to improve.
I was unsure if I could keep up, but I have! I am a middle aged female, fairly sedentary, but I am able to do nearly 50 push-ups in one set and 175 in a workout in the 5th week. My arms are toned, but I have not grown put of my tops . Try it!
I have had this app for some time. Make sure you dont overstate the ability of reps u can do or else it will become too difficult. Start from the bottom and climb your way up. I already see definition and tone in my arms. U should accompany this with a good diet and an exercise regimen aside from this.
I wish it went along with the website a little more. The number of reps they have you do are different from the charts on the website. And there is no explanation as to how it works. It took me a little while to figure it out.
Good enough. Simple and intuiutive ux. Watch out as your joints and tendon might not adapt fast enough. Don't be afraid of repeating week to save health! A configurable warm-up and streching reminder would be nice feature.
