app does not work, it's not for a store this is an app to send money to inmates and it keeps saying scan QR code, and then after a little bit it says something went wrong something went wrong, how am I supposed to scan a code when I'm far away from the jail, I mean it looks like it works for some people unless those people are lying, which I doubt, and then it doesn't work for some people I just need to send money to my daughter but I can't

I called to cancel my application with them as I know longer needed them. I ask if I was going to be getting a refund back from my account being that iy had put around $50 to $60 on the account approximately 2-3 days ago and I was told that, we do not do refunds here. Sounds like a con to me. What do I do???

One of the worst apps I've encountered. Sent numerous emails to try to solve problems and their answers indicate they didn't even read them. Finally gave up and they pretty much have a monopoly. They are horrible.
