The app doesn't work properly. Regardless of uninstalling or opening the app in play store . It needs upgrading. It always has glitches. Operation in the system is very frustrating. It always states'something went wrong'. No refresh option, the landing page itself doesn't seem to sign in or out after ever use as whenever returning to the app-the same issues continue. It was really ideal to have the banking app as its very convenient. However looks like standing in queues seems better to get by.

the worst customer experience ever! my travel card expired, i was being charged for every month if not renewed, went on a visit to dubai, tried to cancel the card and claim my remaining amount, spent more than 20 mins arguing at the airport, because they couldn't procees my claim and cancellation until i renew the card, which means even more time and money lost for nothing! simply absurd. i had to leave to catch my flight and still now mh case isnt closed!

I am editing review here. It's a good app for money transfer but when it comes customer service the information is incomplete. The receivng bank rejected the payment and Al Ansari Exchange credited back to my account excluding service charge. when you can’t handle it you should return the service fee also. When transaction is totally incomplete why we have to pay service charges.
