Editing my review,. it's now taking hidden charges , 3 days ago my daughter took 800 manat from Baku Azerbaijan normally last 5 year when ever she took 800 manat it's reduce 470 dollar last transaction it deducted 508 dollers it means 38 doller more means 130AED I called call centre they said they added 14 more currency if they added 14 currency it doesn't mean large di mean cheat customer I'm wonder it's a b money exchange ever 🤩 very easy hassle free , no hidden charges , using last 6 years

Not good al ansari aap The service of Al Ansari Bank is not good. The app of Al Ansari Bank is also not good because if any customer has any problem then no customer care person talks to him properly. The customer care people say go to the branch and the branch people say talk to the customer care. To solve the problem, the person keeps running from here to there in the circle of branch and customer care and his problem is not solved properly, hence their service is absolutely poor and bad.

I'm using the Al Ansari exchange app to send money home, and I like it, but one thing if you compare the transaction transfer with Remitly app so Remitly is very fast. Remitly transferred in second's but rate is lower than Ansari.
