I've faced many problems using Travel card , and using the Al Ansari app to load money through direct bank transfer. Also, their so called "24h customer service" don't answer the call even though I keep calling many times. I may consider stop using Al Ansari in the near future if this keep going on. I've lost some money loading money through app direct bank transfer, once this is solved I'll consider giving 2 stars, else this staying 1 star.

They have option for UAE pass to login but surprisingly this doesn't update user profile with the Al Ansari Exchange. One still needs to take pictures of Emirates ID to manually upload in the app. On taking pictures the image becomes blur. Also they have put a small transfer limit which other exchanges don't have. So Al Ansari isn't my choice at least for today. Avoiding their branch visit due to past experience.

I had requested for travel card from mobile app and advised to visit branch for card collection. I was dissapointed when i have been charged for card processing of AED 52.50 then have to deposit additional AED 100. Further that i will be charged AED 5.25 upon each top-up or withdrawal whereas nothing has been mentioned on your App regarding charges, not even in FAQs. Being leading exchange its a policy breach of customer transparency. Seems like honey trap, beware before applying one.
