The same bug i mentioned last Feb is still there (see below), so I had to edit my review and give 1 Star only coz I can't believe a software team are not able to solve such small bug and work on reducing the clicks needed to make a transfer! There are a few bugs. When I select to send with WU, the beneficiary lists don't show. I have to select add new, then go back, and then it shows the list. Process can be smoother by reducing the number of clicks and pages.

Very Good Exp. But one thing I was disappointed with was the app. It does not allow me to make money transfer while I am outside UAE. Update: They make it, you can now send koney from outside UAE, I tried it in my country this summer, and it is perfect. But recently, their Online payment is not working, I tried many times during the last 2 month, but no good.

Very Disappointing Experience I transferred money through mobile app to my ICICI account on July 5. It was reversed to exchange, but the amount hasn’t returned to my UAE account. Customer support is slow — waited over 25 minutes every call with no helpl. My refund is still pending. Such service is unacceptable. Be cautious when using this app until they improve.
