About this app

Augment puts your supplement stack on a daily schedule. Every compound gets its time slot, the pairs that block each other sit hours apart, and you tick off each dose as it comes up. Fifty-four pair rules from sources you can check decide the spacing.

Augment is a tracker and a reference. It never recommends a compound, a dose or a health effect. It sells nothing except its own Pro tier and links to no shop. You enter what you take; the app organises it and shows what your own records say.

WHAT SITS ON THE FIVE TABS
- Today: a live schedule that counts down to your next slot and splits the day into time windows. A reminder when a slot comes up, a second one if it is still open half an hour later. One tap marks a dose as taken.
- Stack: your library, grouped by category. Each compound carries its dose, schedule, food rule and how many days of supply are left. A catalogue of 60 common compounds fills in defaults you can change.
- Timing: how the compounds in your stack relate to each other. What to keep apart, what goes together, when to take what. Every card comes from a cited dataset and shows its evidence level and source.
- Effects: a daily check-in for energy, sleep, mood, focus and digestion, plus your bloodwork, next to the changes in your stack. A pattern appears once there are enough logged days behind it, and the screen stays empty until then.
- Insights: what your protocol costs per month, how many days each bottle lasts, adherence over 7 and 30 days, and a plain-text summary you can hand to your doctor.

PRIVACY
Your stack and your logs stay in the app on your phone. The doctor export goes to your clipboard and nowhere else. There is no account.
