CareCoordinate isn’t an app that’s just another asset for a large corporate entity. It isn’t a hastily thrown together app using AI. It was carefully crafted by Andy, an extremely detail-oriented Software Architect, and Adam, a long term caregiver with a passion for organization.
We also happen to be spouses caring for a loved one, along with our family members. After decades of experience, we know the stress of being responsible for getting it all right. We understand the nuances and complications. And we quickly realized the power of AI to surface the work to be done, and organize it as quickly as possible.
CareCoordinate is an innovative app built on and powered by Anthropic Claude. We designed with compassion in mind and imbued it with all the human experience that we bring. We built it to be inclusive and flexible for all situations. It was also designed to be highly adaptable for new features as AI develops exciting new capabilities.
We have over 18,000 tests that help us move fast; that translates to high quality software for our users and new features as they become possible. And we hope some of these new feature suggestions will come from our subscribers.
We truly hope to know our users; we built in communication features like our community forum and direct message lines to us to make this possible. A sense of community goes a long way towards easing the stress of Caregiving.

- Providers & Follow-ups - A complete, user-managed directory of every doctor and specialist, with contact info and automatic follow-up reminders.
- Daily Care & Visits - Log visits, set weekly rotations, manage recurring tasks, track vital signs and share grocery lists. And with the mobile app, you get alerts as visits happen!
- Finances & Insurance - Track care recipient bills and due dates with urgency so you see what’s overdue at a glance. Keep track of insurance plans and all those details before they get out of control.
- Pet Care - The family pets are part of caregiving too. Track vet visits, pet medications, feeding schedules, and check-ins.
- Language Support - CareCoordinate is available in 7 languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic and French. Each member of your care team sets their preferred language once in Settings. From that point on, every screen, label, and AI response appears in the language that feels like home - and Smart Notes automatically translates care updates across languages, so every caregiver always stays informed.
