I'll change my review if a support team will get ahold of me or give me an actual email on here. I went to cash out for the first time and its been almost two days and it hasn't left my balance and gone into PayPal at all. Everything on the app says to reach the support team if you have any problems...the issue is that there is no email, just an AI chat bot that says someone will get with you shortly and no one ever does. 😒

Was a great app and had cashed out a few times but as of May $31 + has been pending for a month..I had contacted support during the second week of pending but apparently they didn't see anything on their end and was given the run around despite all the proof I had given them..Disappointed in Maholla and Tremendous. I deleted and uninstalled the app, and will not be recommending it to friends or family anymore..You get to withdraw a few times then boom you're pending and unable to withdraw.

I was enjoying this app until time to cash out. I cashed out via PayPal and my balance remained. I tried again and said pending withdrawal. I use many gaming apps and they all pay out instant to my PayPal. Where in the heck is customer support? No email or phone number, just a chat bot that never responds. Hopefully someone sees this review and responds, because it seems like wrongful advertising. Get with the program or get out!
