About this app

CM Book Portal is the private portal for authors represented by a literary agency that runs its business on Catalog Manager.

This is not a reading app. There are no books to read in it. It shows you the business side of your writing: what you have earned, what your agency has paid you, what you are still owed, and the terms you signed.

YOU NEED AN INVITE FROM YOUR AGENCY

There is no sign up in this app. Your agency emails you an invite, you set up your account from the link in that email, and then you sign in here. If your agency does not use Catalog Manager, this app will have nothing to show you.

WHAT YOU CAN SEE

Your balance. What you have earned to date, what has been paid, and what is still owed, exactly as your agency publishes it.

Your statements. Your royalty lines, each with its period, its source, and your share. Search by title, source, or description. Each amount is shown in the currency it was earned in. The app never converts between currencies.

Your contracts. Every signed agreement, with the term, territory, royalty rate, and advance your agency recorded, plus the titles it covers.

Your payment schedule. Advance installments with their due dates, and which ones have already been paid.

Your titles. Every book linked to you, with covers and publication details, and what each one has earned.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Lock the app behind your fingerprint or face unlock. Switch on financial blur to hide every amount when you are reading in public. Pick a light or dark theme. Your latest data stays readable offline, so a weak signal does not lock you out.

READ ONLY

Nothing you tap changes your royalties, statements, or contracts. The app only reads those. You can permanently delete your portal login from Settings. Your agency sends your payments directly. CM Book Portal tracks the schedule, it never holds your funds.

No ads. No in-app purchases. Nothing is for sale in this app.
