1. Installation
TrackView is easy to install. Just a couple of clicks, and you are there.

You can use your existing gmail account user name and password to login to TrackView. Please use the SAME account to login to all devices. Before login, please also give a unique device name to your device so that you can distinguish them.

Once you have multiple devices logged-in, you can monitor, track, or buzz a remote device by one click. You can also check the alert messages, record and playback your clips.

So I have a few issues actually. Your upgrade really messed up the app. And before there was"home safe" when it was all the same app. I paid for the highest-titanium, version. Then not only do you raise the subscription of titanium, but then you add a platinum. You change the app, then you make it a separate app altogether. So even though my viewer app is titanium, my homesafe is on the free list. That's messed up . So now you want me to also pay for homesafe so the two apps are the same?

was working amazingly at first but after a few days, even after clicking on the camera for the device monitored, it just shows a black screen, no voice, no view at all. also the second device registered can't be accessed even if it's connected to the same wifi or on data service. have tried to delete and reinstall the app, turn off and on all devices, issue persist. why is this happening and how to resolve it?

The first day it's working but now, no audio no matter how I fix it on settings. Please, please fix this problem. Video alone will be useless. It has to have audio. I will review again after a week of this app on my phone. Will observe if there will be an improvement.
