JOBS & DISPATCH
Create and assign delivery jobs in seconds. Set collection and delivery addresses, attach pricing, and notify drivers instantly via push notification. Track job progress through every stage from collection to proof of delivery. Support for A-to-B jobs, day work, and recurring contract routes.

DRIVER MANAGEMENT
Full driver lifecycle — onboarding, vehicle handover, daily DVSA walkaround checks, GPS day tracking, and end-of-day sign-off. Drivers work offline; all updates sync automatically when connectivity returns. Built-in biometric login for fast, secure access.

VEHICLE MANAGEMENT
DVLA lookup auto-fills make, model, MOT, and tax status from a registration plate. Track vehicle availability, issue and return vehicles with a 6-step handover flow including photo capture, damage mapping, and manager PIN release. Monitor MOT and service due dates.

CONTRACTS & ROUTES
Define recurring routes with auto-generation. Drivers can claim available routes directly from the app. Attach route guides with turn-by-turn instructions for consistent delivery performance.

INVOICING & SELF-BILLING
Generate client invoices and driver self-bill documents as professional PDFs. Supports VAT-registered and non-VAT drivers. Automatic HMRC VAT number validation on subcontractors. Driver pay calculated from job economics with full audit trail.

FUEL REQUEST MANAGEMENT
Drivers submit fuel requests directly in the app. Managers approve and confirm transfer. Drivers photograph the receipt at the pump — AI (Claude Vision) extracts spend, litres, station, and MPG automatically. Anomalies are flagged, driver credit is tracked across requests, and every reconciled receipt feeds the per-vehicle fuel trend.

REPORTING
Day, week, and month P&L with 7-day and 30-day projections. Revenue, driver pay, vehicle costs, extras, and profit. Top-5 client breakdown. Designed for owner-operators who need to know their numbers at a glance.
