Google pay doesn't work, 2fa codes randomly don't arrive (aka can't withdraw). nonexistent support. can't even send btc 6 months after launching. they just want to make money on the spread and say they're a Bitcoin app. stay away unless you want money locked up. app would be delisted. they're "powered by uphold" which is a much better app

I just had to write to support this. I have tried to add three of my bank accounts now and your app keeps saying not verified even though they were verified. I went online to read about your company since this was abnormal behavior and found out you hold people's money for no reason. I want a high level manager to contact me first thing by Monday so I can Remove my money. I'd prefer not to have to get my lawyer. Shame on all of you by the way. They are holding 15,000 of mine plus interest.

This company locked my account and held my money. Please keep in mind this was after a week prior I had a full conversation with customer support on how I would use my account. The customer support representative said yes absolutely you can put money into your account let it earn interest in your USD earning account and then remove it after the next week. I did literally just that and that's when they locked my account held my money for over a week and I still haven't received it.
