Works well, but there is something wrong with this app. It wants to be selected to open all kinds of documents such as images, PDF, calendar invites, etc. Because of this the calendar shortcut on the Android launcher doesn't work anymore with this app installed. Not sure if this really can be Android's fault, the "eduroam CAT" app worked just fine and was able to install the eduroam profile without being an app that wants to open calendar invites :)

The number of chicken-n-egg scenarios that are built into this whole eduroam way of doing things is mind boggling. You need an internet connection to download an app, for the app to load institutions, to connect to your university help page if things don't work, and so on. All this for a supposed convenience. At the end it still doesnt work on Android 11. Android goes between "connecting" and "saved", without bothering to say what exactly went wrong).

The app is ok but... it exists only because of poor security design of some eduroam networks, which prevent a direct connection. There should be no need for such an app just to make a simple connection.

What's new

This version contains a lot of fixes. New compared to 1.0.16:
- notifications for Android 12
- configures Passpoint networks on Android 12+ using ""suggestions" and manages these from the App
- configures SSID based networks using Android 12+ APIs
- adds new languages
- restricts mime-types: App does not appear as (save/send) destination anymore
- changes some server certificate checks

If the eduroam profile does not work well, please remove your existing eduroam profiles first.
