About this app

esTOCma is an APP that challenges the user to learn by playing about obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and defeat the stigma monster.
For approximately 10 days, you will be able to fight this TOCma in 10 missions with a single weapon: knowledge. You dare?
Approximate time to overcome the game: between 2 and 10 minutes a day.

This game has been developed within the framework of a research project, therefore, we will also ask you to answer some questions at the beginning and end of the game

This will allow us to have a better understanding of the role that this type of information plays in the prevention of the problem, at the same time that it will help us to develop protocols and future intervention strategies for its intervention. All the data you provide us will help us advance our knowledge about OCD and find ways to improve the quality of life of those who suffer from it, as well as the population's knowledge and attitudes about OCD.
