The key features are 'chat' but the AI just always says the path is cloudy and it can't see clearly even if I've been journaling daily for some time. The other key features is weekly insights but it mostly gives me an error message. Without those things it is pretty much just a calendar, no better than any free habit tracker. It worked for me all the time I was using my own strength to make good habits and quit worse ones, but as soon as you need support it fails

Absolute scam lmao. I got 5k points for those free earbuds and after clicking on "claim reward", it redirected me to Gmail where it then asked me to send an email to their email address after filling in my shipping details, and guess what, the email address doesn't even EXIST, they didn't even bother adding in a fake email if anything. Fraud, don't bother

this is probably one of the absolute best and most beneficial apps to support recovery from addictions. it's motivating, thorough, helpful, and helps keep things interesting and makes me actually WANT to maintain sobriety.
