I've been playing guitar my whole life, but was always chronically stuck at the intermediate level. I decided to get serious about learning and applying theory, and quickly realized I needed to commit the fretboard to memory, at least enough to play along with tracks. I downloaded all the similar apps I could find, and this one emerged as my favorite. It's not perfect. I think the time-gated phase checks are pointless and buggy. Still, it does a good job of presenting the information I need.

Fundamental app issue. Nonexistent support. Fundamental problems with note recognition and accuracy. Issues across several intune and pro-setup + intonated guitars. App use became massively frustrating very quickly. Tried many things: more / less volume, phone on amp, different guitars. "Contacted" support through the app multiple times. Never received any response. Maybe there is an issue with the contact process? Everything else about the app seems to need work.

Hi Sui! That is a common concern, but Google Play will notify you before the trial ends, so there is little risk of forgetting. If you don’t see the reminder, you can always request a refund directly from Google Play. It will be automatically granted as long as you haven’t used the app.
