About this app

HIDDEN SELF — a space for honest self-connection.

We often sense that something is off, yet struggle to put it into words. Fatigue, irritation, automatic reactions — all these may be signals inviting us to pause and listen within.

HIDDEN SELF helps you:
• identify your true needs and hidden scenarios
• recognize daily states and give them names
• receive personalized tips for gentle life adjustments
• track your progress through an interactive index dashboard

This isn’t about quick fixes or forced positivity.
It’s about honesty, clarity, and soft guidance that leads to genuine transformation.

Start your self-exploration journey today — without illusions, with respect and curiosity.

Scientific approach and methods

The app uses short and effective test formats based on:
• projective diagnostics methods, which activate the unconscious
• psychodynamic analysis principles, exploring how unconscious patterns affect reactions and behaviors
• advanced techniques for assessing emotional and cognitive regulation

Results of daily mini-tests shape your index dashboard — a set of key indicators reflecting your mental and emotional state.

This allows you not only to record your states, but to truly see how your life transforms as you follow HIDDEN SELF’s daily insights.
