Please update your app with one simple fix. The auto zoom out after selecting and then unselecting a bike is so frustrating. When I go to a parking area where there's plenty of bikes to choose from, I zoom in to find which has sufficient charge but when I unselect one (as it may have low battery for example) the map zooms all the way back out. I know you can use the "nearby bikes" section but where I work, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest bikes.

I just wanted to say how frustrating it is to check prior to arrival the area I'll be dropping the bike to make sure it's allowed for parking the bike, only to arrive and not be able to. The app kept saying no parking allowed even though I was next to all these forest bikes. Took me another 15 mins to find a parking area your app has allowed me to clock out at. This charged me nearly 6 pounds more than what I planned. Disgusting

Ive been using Forest for about 6 months. I like the bikes and they offer more minutes than lime. But the biggest problem is the App, it has so many bugs its unusable. It will disconnect rides randomly whilst using it, it will crash when trying to start and end journeys. For that reason I will be going back to lime.
